Would the US qualify for a country equity loan refinancing?

well, I figure this was important enough to post. US national debt has topped $7 trillion, thats 7 followed by 12 zeros. Oh yea, and the World Bank/IMF has just went onos, wtf are you doing US?  *sigh*.... I wish I could run my finances like the US gov't. That way, I'd have 3 homes, 10 ferraris, 2 boats, and a plane by now. Crying.
